I (and my partner) both love this thing. After trying about 15 different types to compare them all, this one is not only the most effective by far, but the most comfortable to wear as well! It's nice a wide, easy to clean, no stupid bead or extra hanging off, no time wasting to adjust it because it's one size fits all, and very very effective. I took all the other ones back (even ones 4x the price) and am sticking with this. Now I know where it got it's name "Titan" from and Doc Johnson really IS the Doc of c-rings! Great gift for yourself or someone else and a great deal. If you're gonna get a ring, definitely save your time/money and get this one!

The seam started splitting open further and further.Holds tight and does not let blood flow escape making you the biggest you can be. Was great until it broke after 1.5 uses :( | 4 | |
