Firmware releases and updates break presentations. This occurred on three different occasions, with the last one being the final straw. Support is through email only and responses can take a long time. You are also required to sign up for an account in order to place help tickets. Worked with a gentleman (Lyndon A.) from support who was not able to fix my problem. He seemed more concerned selling me priority support, which is basically the same cost as a Microsoft support phone call. (400 dollars for a call back w/in 4 hours) and closing tickets as soon as possible. We spent close to three thousand dollars on one of their products and we are down on our digital signage and have been for over a month.
I would highly recommenced you try a different solution.
