Hot is such a subjective description but, to my taste, this product is more spicy than hot. It's one of my favorite Dr. McDougall vegan products.

This didn't taste like other (fresh) pad thai noodles I've had, but they were still delicious. They have a tanginess from the tamarind that I like. I add about a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter during the final stir, kicks up the richness a bit.
