The beans are creamy and tasty and the pasta is the short, tubular ditalini. It does need some help, I think, so I usually add some of the following: frozen corn and or peas, one half small can of tomato sauce (preferably Muir Glen or Del Monte), one TBSP Chili Powder (preferablySpice Hunter brand) and one tsp. ground cumin. Just before serving, add grated Parmesan cheese to taste and a tsp. of EVOO | 5 |
