 | Author: Marc Factor "Marc" (New .. | I have been a fan of the Sixers for a very long time. I have seen the group play many, many times. These guys are really talented, in every aspect. Their harmonies are beautiful to hear. You can tell that that they really enjoy playing together. This album is very differnet from their other albums. After opening for groups such as Sugarland, Carbon Leaf, Toad The Wet Sprocket, You can tell that the Group has matured so much! Their songs have been featured on One Tree Hill, and other TV shows. It is nice to listen to groups that are so different from other groups! | 8 |
 | Author: JLB (Charlotte, NC) - S.. | This is another amazing CD by the SK6ERS! I love the unique talent of this band and this CD is no exception. The ability to share a story while still making catchy tunes and sweet love songs, is amazing. With that being said, I did have to listen to the CD a few times to really get into it. At first I thought it was stylistically much different than previous albums. However, now that I have listened to it some more...I think it is a classic SK6ERS album with a little more risk and some different sounds. The variety of the songs is what makes this album so great. From the love songs of, "See Yourself," and "Oh Adeline" to upbeat and fun songs like, "Shady Esperanto," and "All Part of the Show," the album is perfect. I hope I get to catch the band in concert soon. I am sure they would be amazing. It is very refreshing to find a band with true talent and passion, and "The Bear" is a great CD to showcase that the Sixers have both. Enjoy! | 6 |

You might have to invest a little bit of time in to it but after a few listens you should agree that it's destined to be a classic. They've had so much great music over the years but I now actually view this as my all time favorite Sixer's CD. It is truly one great song after another. When I go to the gym now, I am having a bit of a problem because I can't get myself to play any other music on my IPOD. I work out three times a week and I find that after a day or two I can't resist listening to and singing all of these songs all over again. My only caution/heads-up is that I kind of question the decision to make the song "The Bear" the first track. The song is quite different than most SK6ers music and I do know that a few of my immediate family members initially weren't enamored with the CD based on a quick listen to this song. They have since thanked me profusely for continuing to... | 6 |
