First of all, even though this was packaged and mailed by Amazon, Chamberlain's still sent me a nice follow-up email thanking me for my purchase and with tips on using their products...very nice touch. The products arrived double boxed and extremely well packaged. I was feeling very satisfied about this purchase before even using the products.I have only tried products 1 and 2 on two Coach leather handbags and two Coach leather wallets that I purchased secondhand. The colors were all dark...two blacks, a brown, and a burgundy. After using the products, I only noticed a slight darker color change to the brown handbag, but it actually looks better (richer) anyway. All pieces cleaned up nicely and feel supple. The only thing I could not get out of one purse was what I believe to be an ink spot nearly the size of a dime. A lot came up, but it seemed to be endless.
