I've been using pressure cookers for many years and I'm very pleased to put the Nesco PC6-14 on my countertop. I also own a stove-top model and a Fagor 670040230 Stainless-Steel 3-in-1 6-Quart Multi-Cooker purchased two years ago which is waiting for a repair part. After using the new Nesco I've decided to give away the Fagor. Fagor has been making excellent qualitiy pressure cookers for a long time but I find the performance and features of the Nesco to be more to my liking.The front panel of the Nesco features a very bright 2-color display as well as a buttons for every function which include: Pressure Cook, low and high; Slow Cook; Steam; Brown; Warm; Delay Start; and On/Off.
