I'll admit I had some concerns with this device, but after I read the manual twice, did a bit of online research I was finally able to get the unit functional. The problem with the video is that it requires a converter for most files. The converter software is installed on your computer and then you transfer the converted file to your mp3 player. Also, each time the mp3 player is attached to the computer, it immediately begins charging the unit. The player is still accessible as a storage device, so you can transfer files even though it looks like the unit is not functioning. Just be aware of the "battery" icon, you should not try to interact with the unit while the "battery" icon is displayed. Overall, a nice little device.
