Bought this to interface a Voyager Legend bluetooth to a Cisco IP Communicator (v8.6.3.0) softphone on my laptop. Whatever drivers I needed were available on Plantronics website. Clear sailing and works like a charm.
BE ADVISED: I am cheap. Period. As such I was unwilling to pay the extra denero for a Plantronics dongle. I bought a similiar non-Plantronics one from a box store with assurances from store staff it was universal and would work for my application. Um, it didn't.
To point... Research before you buy to ensure whatever you buy works with your device. Regrettably I researched after the big box purchase and a fair number of hours of futile effort only to discover OEM dongles don't work with the Voyager Legend (at least that was overwhelmingly the comclusion from public blogs...)
As the old maxim goes, "look before you leap". A couple extra dollars could save you some heartache. Hope some find this of benefit.
