They have worked well in our environment which has some people working in traditional office roles and other people working in light industrial production roles.Pro:* The phones are easily converted from resting on a desk to 'wall-mount' (no adapter needed- just flip around two parts of the phone).* Solid feel in the hand and a handsome look on the desk* Good or maybe great sound quality* Flexible configuration for whatever PBX you are deployingNeutral but noteworthy:* no back-light on the LCD display* not 'HD' sound quality (whatever that means)* Do you need a power supply or not? (If your network switch provides P.ower O.ver E.thernet 'POE', then your phone can be electrified from the network switch.
