RCA 25255RE2 dect_6.0 2-Handset 2-Line Landline Telephone (Office Product)

   I usually don't write reviews but I had to for this purchase as there aren't many reviews for this really great phone. I've spent a great deal of time researching 2-line phones and all the various features for my small business. I even tried a few of the big brand name phones before I ended up with this one. I tried the Panasonic DECT 6.0 2-line comparable phone, which has no caller ID when you're on one line and another call comes in. Then I tried the Uniden DECT 6.0 2-line comparable phone, which has awful sound quality and a piercing echo sound when you speak into the phone. I was apprehensive about this RCA phone since there weren't any reviews but tried it anyway because of all the features.
