This stuff really helps! My chiropractor recommended it for my hip - arthritis, damaged labrum, swelling - and I'm now taking this, avocado oil & soybean oil pills recommended on the Mayo Clinic site, and Algae Omega which I've taken for years because it stopped chronic pain in my shoulder. I now have zero pain in any joints. I don't know how much each of the three supplements is effecting this pain-free condition, but I'll just keep taking all of them as long as it stays this way. I couldn't be happier!! Well, maybe if I could figure out how to be 25 again, but at 58, I'm totally happy!!

I had originally purchased this product for my daughter who has schleraderma. When I received it I had been experiencing some type of joint pain in both hands for about a month and decided to try it out for myself. Within 3 days of using the product there was a significant difference in my discomfort. Before using the product it was very difficult and painful to open a water bottle. After 3 days on the product I have "NO" pain opening a bottle. I'm excited to see the progression as I continue using the product. My daughter is also using it and I will post her results as she feels them.
