It arrived in good time and looks exactly like the picture. When I got it, I felt like it looked a little cheaper than it had looked online, but I went back and looked again and there was no mistaking it was exactly what I had ordered. The fabric is a relatively sturdy canvas, and I hope it will be easy to clean since there is a lot of white on it. One of my favorite things is that the shoulder strap has a nice, very comfortable mesh padding and doesn't get twisted like a lot of others do. I'm sure it helps that my computer is sooo lightweight. When I zip up the top of the bag, it is pretty tight at the corners of my laptop--at first I wondered if I should have ordered a 15" instead, but mine just barely fits. My particular laptop model is very thin because it does not have a built-in CD/DVD drive, so I'm not sure if having those...
