Until I received the EC4Kids furniture for review, I never knew how much children loved having their own personal furniture that is manufactured for their small size. One of the boys, Ryan, to whom I gave a chair, carries it with him throughout his home saying, "My chair. It's my chair." I also gave him one of the ECRKids Kiddie Cots and, though he is too small to carry that, he loves to lie on it. The other three children, to whom I gave cots, like theirs as well. One neighbor, Linda, says she lays a thin blanket and pillow across the cot and her granddaughter, Cathy, has no trouble falling asleep; the cot is easier for her to climb into instead of her twin-size bed. Before giving them to friends who needed them, I easily stacked the four cots flat on the floor. I don't have much space in my condominium; therefore, I tried standing them upright against my wall.  | Author: R. MacLeod | This is a sturdy stackable cot just like the commercial daycare facilities have. It doesn't fold up, but that's ok because we can slide it behind a door and nest two together. I see us keeping this until the kids are too big, then letting someone else use it. Easy to clean, STURDY, and just what we needed for our child. | 9 |
