Yes, there were some issues with this mouse when it was first released. Razer has since fixed all of them with firmware updates. So, did the folks who originally left bad reviews come back to update the status to "fixed"? Nope. So, that leads the consumer to believe that this product is terrible, when in fact Razor has address their customers concerns and feedback and worked quickly to resolve them. I DID my homework and it took a whopping 5 minutes. Once I received the mouse, the first thing I did was read the instructions on how to properly set up the docking station and mouse. Next, I went straight to the Razer website (...) and downloaded two software updates; 1) "Razer_Mamba(2012)_FirmwareUpdater_v1.04" and 2) "Razer_Mamba_Driver_v2.00".
