Each chapter in this book spans 1-2 small pages, with like, size 12 font. It gives you glimpses into how Richard Carlson viewed and approached interactions in his family and work using compassion, patience, and self-love.
He draws your attention to common life scenarios and suggests a perspective that often differs from the instinctual response of the moment. I find that after I've read this book, I am more understanding of things and I don't pout as much as I used to. I won't say that this book made me a better...Read more
