Depending on which bar you get, you'll get something entirely different.I get that turkey and bison are completely different species and the meat is of completely different textures, but I liked the bison, beef, and lamb. The turkey - cat food. This was the impression I got from the smell, texture, and 'taste' (not like I've eaten cat food, but I hope you get the idea).The lamb is a little 'gamey', as people have said, but that's lamb. Lamb meat always has a bit of a funky taste to it when it's natural and that's why some people don't eat it. I like lamb, so it worked for me.I'd probably buy some individual flavors again, but I'd avoid the turkey at all costs.
