I know it's usually quite personal to share this but I'm hoping it reaches someone with a similar issue I had. A few years ago, I had hemorrhoidopexy surgery. If anyone has had the problems leading up to this surgery, they know the problems that come with it. Constant irritation and never being able to get comfortable. I was so upset because it was to the point I couldn't even sleep. I tried EVERYTHING to alleviate the pain and discomfort. Many costly prescriptions as well. I came across this item and when I received it, I slept through that first night. After just a few days of use, all my painful symptoms were completely gone! I use it nightly now, even a couple years later, as a preventative treatment. It does not take much. I purchase the 3 units at a time so I never run out. I surely hope this personal review helps someone else as I know how the discomfort can take over your life in so many ways.

   I have found this product to be as described. My daughter doesn't get diaper rash often (has only had a few fairly minor episodes in her 13 months of life) BUT this aided in soothing and clearing it up practically overnight. I use it at least once a day and most nights to be proactive against possible irritants. I use it if I suspect any form of diaper rash, also as a barrier cream at times, on any redness caused by stools touching skin, for any wetness bumps that might show up after an overnight wet diaper, to sooth any possible discomfort, etc. I've also used it for healing baby fingernail scratches. I agree that it's a multi-tasker! I keep some in my diaper bag and at the changing table alongside my other favorite--Babo Diaper Cream. Angel Baby Balm is easy to apply; goes on smooth and is not messy. It's a small container, but a little bit of this stuff goes a long way! My baby's bottom has never smelled better! The scent and texture is very similar to the nipple balm by the same maker. This does not leave a sticky residue like many diaper creams do. Since I started using it at every diaper change my daughter has not had a single diaper rash. I can personally attest to how gentle and soothing this balm is as I used it after delivery myself as I was dealing with stitches, hemorrhoids and irritation post-partum.
