   Both the packaging and the product have changed--for the worse. cheap red plastic box instead of silver metal can--sticky pasty product instead of creamy. Won't be buying again. GREAT customer service at Hair Care Outlet where I bought. They refunded my purchase price even though I had to open the product and try it to discover the negative changes

Let me start off by stating that I've used Osis Mess up since 2009 and it has left me hoping that Schwarzkopf never discontinues this product. I've tried countless hair products and this one definitely tops them all, by far.It's pasty texture brings out your layers and looks fantastic under substantial lighting. It doesn't leave a shiny/glossy look rather a dry look, which I try to achieve. If you have thin hair (like myself) then this product is perfect for you. It definitely makes your hair fuller and actually feels/looks thicker. My buddy (who introduced me to Osis) has extremely thick hair and it also works fantastic. It holds your hair in place all day until you wash it out. You can mess with your hair all day and just move your hair back to how you want it. I love this product and will always be a customer.

Working well with my hair. Natural looks. Reasonable price. I use it after drying my hair and really love the texture of my hair after use it.
