     This is pretty good stuff. It isn't on a par with Popeye's take-out Cajun Rice ("Cajun" in this case their euphemism for "dirty"), but it works if you follow directions and do not add too much ground meat (ground beef or ground sausage). I even sneak a few frozen peas and carrots in and the flavor is strong enough to carry it. What I don't get is the price, which is currently over nine dollars for one box. The item costs about two dollars at our local supermarkets and even less at Walmart. If you really must buy from Amazon, and buy it right now (early August 2013), try the Low Sodium version which is currently being offered in a six-pack for a vastly lower unit price.
