These are great! It took me a while to figure out the right size of soft buds for my ears and the right "wings" and position for those "wings". However, once I got them setup correctly, I love how comfortable they feel in my ear. If yours aren't comfortable you might not have the right size or positioning. They do a great job of blocking outside noise, almost too good a job.Pros: I lost one of the fins a few weeks ago. I emailed the company and they mailed me a replacement fin at no charge, no questions asked. What great customer service!Great look. Nice red color. I love the wireless. They are really comfortable if you take your time to get the right size and position setup for you. The "wings" keep them snug in your ear. The battery lasts a long time considering their size.      Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?) Pros:1. Wireless BT works great. 35 plus feet. I've tested using in another room from my phone about 30 feet with the door closed. Did not drop the signal.2. Noise isolation is very good. Can't hear my kids yelling and the dog barking.3. Quality of sound is very good. Bass is good.5. Charge lasts at least 4 hours from my testing. They will last longer but I have not tested beyond that. They recharge in about an hour or so. Standard USB connector for charging is good. So I can use other cables if need be.4. Fit works very well after getting used to putting them on. They do not fall off during jogging or other high motion exercises.6.
