Durable and slick,

     The value is certainly here - it's a good looking case, zippers work well, supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty but since I've never heard of V7 until now, I can't put much stock in that. I purchased the 16" size for a 15.6" ASUS laptop, there's about 1/2" to spare around the perimeter, but there's not much padding. The bottom of the handle is made of mesh fabric and doesn't seem very strong. This would be fine for casual use, but if you're a frequent traveler, I'd spend more to get something more rugged with a better handle (there is a shoulder strap included also). There's plenty of room in the zippered pocket area for pens, business cards, and the recharging cords and mouse.

I used this case on a two weeks trip and it carried my 15 inch laptop, laptop cooler, a Logitech portable lapdesk, my Apple Ipad, an Asus Wireless-G Access Point, all the power and connection cables and a Logitech wireless mouse. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to fit all my equipment in one case. The padding protects the contents very well and the case appears very sturdy. I am very happy with this product.
