   Amazon deserves five stars for customer service. My oatmeal boxes arrived damaged, with oatmeal spilling everywhere. I sent an email to Amazon customer service and they in turn sent me a new order with overnight shipping, at no charge. That is quality customer service. Keep your customers happy and resolve problems as quickly and as amicably as possible.As for Quaker Quick Oatmeal, it is great. They aren't kidding, it only requires one minute of actual cooking time. (Of course you still need to let it stand for about 5 minutes to thicken properly.) Great texture, great flavor and great nutrition. I use it all year long, for a quick breakfast, it is superb. I always mix 1 3/4 cups water, sugar (or other sweetener) to taste, raisins, cinnamon, half a pinch ground cloves, half a pinch nutmeg and a cap full of vanilla extract.    I hate to drive to the big lots store and carry all the items back home. With the prices of gasoline going up and up, why waste gasoline, time and effort. A couple of clicks and you are done. Who has time for food shopping anymore.
