My review would've earned 5 Stars if this was an exact match replacement. The screws are not compatible with the Fenix 3. But, if you're mechanically inclined. Perfect fit for my Garmin Fenix 2. Genuine Garmin product complete with two custom star screwdrivers, 2 new screws, and high quality real leather band. This watchband makes the watch look more expensive. I didn't like the look of the plastic band or the velcro one that comes with the watch. I even tried a so called NATO band but this one here is perfect. After reading many of the reviews mentioning all the flaws of this watchband I was a bit apprehensive to order it. It's as though some customers got a different product earlier. I'm very happy I ordered it. Fits perfect, good quality, comfortable, classy, masculine, inhances the watches' look, quick to put on...what else can I say, I'm blown away by both the quality of the watchband as well as the speed of delivers through Amazon Prime. And no, I do not work for Garmin or Amazon, just a customer like you. I love this product and so happy I ordered it. This product exceeded my expectations.
