You simply put one pound of strawberries (stems and tops removed) in a blender and add two small peeled oranges, two teaspoons of vanilla, a fourth of a cup of agave nectar and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend this and then strain it into a metal bowl. Put the bowl in the freezer and stir now and then. You could also put it in an ice cream maker. Within about two to three hours you will have a delicious sorbet. I also use this nectar in tea. I haven't tried it in baking yet but the amber flavor is delicious.~The Rebecca Review | 8 |

I also found out that you can get this particular item much cheaper at many local chain grocery stores. | 9 |
