Do not buy from

   When I first opened the box, my first thought was how pretty the walnut color & shading of the wood or wood-like parts were. I was also pleased with the shape of the curved parts. Overall, pleasantly surprised. That is until I came to the rings that sit horizontally holding the upper & lower pieces in place & supposedly forming an umbrella stand at the base; instead of the lovely shade of wood like the other pieces, they were cheap-looking mauve colored plastic. To add insult to injury, once together, I found that it doesn't hold today's collapsible umbrellas at all (too tall) & normal, non-collapsible umbrellas slide out from under it with the slightest movement of the tree. In addition to the cheap plastic rings & useless umbrella stand, when you hang a medium weight coat on it, the whole thing leans in that direction.    I have not set the coat rack up yet so I don't know on the quality of the coat rack. I do however know that I chose to buy mine from visiondecor because they were the cheapest. They said I should get it in about a week but it took like 3 weeks and no one even contacted me to tell me why. I had to call them to see if it was even coming. When I got it it didn't even have the right pieces. I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to help me. I finally did and they said they shipped the part. I was asked to leave feedback for the item so I stated that the company was late shipping it and then that I didn't even get all the pieces to it. Once I left the bad feedback someone contacted me by email offering me the money I paid for shipping back if I removed the feedback. No one even cared to offer me anything until I left negative feedback. I declined. I received the part and it was the wrong one!!! Many of the holes do not line up with the pre-drilled holes that you are supposed to screw into which makes it very hard to put together! The coat rack is not sturdy at all and I have to hold it before putting a coat on it. It's the cheapest one available online and that's exactly the kind of quality you get!
