So I like everyone else wanted to try this product, but was extremely skeptical after reading reviews. So does it work...Yes. However, it works within the confines of sensible eating. As someone who is actively trying to lose weight and steps on the scale daily to track progress, I can tell you that this product does work. Before using this product, when eating meals in complex carbs (Pasta, Pizza etc..) I would notice a 1.5-2lb gain as the food worked its way through my system the following day. Since taking this product as directed (2 Capsules - 20 minutes before eating) I notice that I don't have that weight gain the following day, I am either the same or slightly lower...days when I don't eat cards, I generally lose. It took a few days to remote the skepticism and this product is now a staple in my daily diet. I really like the white kidney bean extract. I've been able to stay on track weight-wise even during slips in my diet. I don't think it would be a miracle weight loss solution for those unwilling to make other lifestyle changes, but this is a good addition to a diet plan.
