All 8 rolls shipped by Amazon were dirty. There was significant dirt smudges to the end of each roll. They either laid in a bin in dust and dirt in a warehouse somewhere or an Amazon employee with dirty hands handled them. I did not discover the dirt on the outside of the roll until I had wasted significant time cutting apart 3 rolls, measuring shelves, etc.
