I loved this product and drank it every day for months. Started having diarrhea all the time and couldn't figure it out until a friend said she had read about the sweetener erythritol and the negative side effects including diarrhea. Stopped drinking it and the diarrhea went away. This is a great tasting beverage but I can't live with the sweetener!

Bai drinks use Erythritol combined with stevia as the sweetener. I checked up on erythritol, and was pleasantly surprised to find that, unlike sucralose, it does not have the usual major problems of fake sugars.Sucralose, for example, is a chlorinated sugar that is partially accumulated in body tissues. That is, its Glycemic Index is 0. No carbs...Read more amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R10W8CLZ4OPLDK_imageSection_1ADC6954-F0FA-11E5-880B-F19806F0AB73"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c

Okay, I’ll just preface this by saying that I’m only very recently into going to the gym a lot. Before, I would go to the gym once every three months, but something happened recently that I can’t even explain, and I’ve just started going maybe three or four times a week. Since I’m fairly new at this, I don’t know tons about loading up on electrolytes or proteins or all of the other things, and a friend of mine has been training me. First of all, I recently started taking a supplement for completely unrelated reasons (increasing work productivity) but since I’m starting to work out before work, I’ve taken to taking them about an hour before I go to the gym, and they’ve been helping me focus and workout more effectively. The supplements NootropX - 90 caps - Mental Focus and Concentration...Read more
