The product itself is not flawed but the labeling is misleading. There are allegedly two diameters available: 20mm and 30mm. I ordered the 20mm one with the assumption that I'd be able to mount an accessory meant for the 22.2mm diameter width of the grip portion of a standard riser handlebar. I did this so I could use an accessory meant for a riser bar, but on road drop bars that have a wider diameter of 23.8. The "20mm" product I got has a diameter greater than 22.2 or even 23.8, so I cannot use it. It is less than 30mm so I'm pretty sure I did not mistakenly get the 30mm size.
