What a great crossbow! I have so much positive things to say about this crossbow but I will try to make this short. I researched a TON before making this purchase and I couldn't be happier. I live in Illinois so crossbow hunting is illegal unless you are disabled or over 62 years of age so I have NOT used this for hunting. My primary reasons for purchase were for fun and to add to my arsenal for when/if SHTF.The goodThe construction of this crossbow is second to none. It was simple to put together and took about 20 minutes. Just read the instructions. The removable quiver is great and so simple to attach or take down. The stock has two plastic covers on each side that can be removed to add a hand crank (sold separately). The release of the string when shot is quick and leaves little vibrations.
