Awful product. I will never buy from OCZ again., July 6, 2012

Was shopping around for brand new laptop and my friend told me an easy SSD upgrade can save you a lot on getting a brand new laptop.Because he just got his desktop vertex 4 upgrade so he recommend to get agility 4 for my laptop. So I did. OMG it just awesome. Its lighting fast and only spent $100 , instead of getting new laptop for $1000 My friend hook me on the clone software do I get to keep whatever I have and compare the performance right the way. I think a lot of laptop manufacture or even amazon discourage people to think upgrade the ssd only can outperform brand new computer easy or there is no new computer or component sales

There is a known flaw in the firmware when using this product with an Apple computer. The computer freezes upon waking from sleep. The computer must be rebooted. Unable to update the firmware, hence the ssd is worthless. I will never buy from OCZ again. Tech support is unable to help.
