These work awesome for workouts! I am still losing weight and have quite a bit of belly/chest fat with loose skin. I have been running, and before these compression shirts my skin was bouncing/jiggling all over the place. These compression shirts help tremendously, and wick away moisture. The only downside is that they retain smells from sweat. Pro-tip: soak the compression shirts in warm water and vinegar for a few hours before washing, it removed the workout stank nicely.
