It worked fine when I got it late February, then 3 months later would not turn on. Charging works in that the red light comes on. Even after leaving it charging for 24 hours, it still will not turn on. The Balanzza web site does not have electronic contact information. The return window was one month, so this was a complete waste of money. Be warned!
