Ordered these as they seemed to be a good price for a two-pack so we ordered 2 (for a total of 4 cartridges). However, we only recieved 2 cartridges. I emailed company and they shipped two additional cartridges out. While the service was fine, I had asked in the email about the product description but the company did not answer. There is a discrepancy. "Part Number RS3-DS12-05 Item Package Quantity 1" and lower it states "RS3-DS12-05 Features: -Set of two replacement cartridges."-I am still confused as to where the error was.. the product description or in shipping. If the price is for one, it is more expensive than locally.
