 | Author: Lera (Washington, DC) | I read the reviews before I bought this and decided to take the risk. I use these skullies under my motorcycle helmet to protect my hair. The one I received looks nice: the printing is bright and well done. The fabric is heavier-weight compared to the unlined cotton models sold by the same company. The panels all appear to be symmetrical and sewn properly. This model has a nice, thick terry-cloth lined headband with sewn edges. The cap is snug-- neither loose nor tight. It feels fitted rather than one-size-fits-all. It is exactly right for me, an average-sized female with curly hair, but seems like it would be a bit small on an large man's head. I wear a Medium helmet size, if that helps. The other model from the same company that I bought is all cotton with no terry-cloth headband. It's made of lighter weight cotton and is much roomier. I'd recommend that one for a bigger head. | 2 |

Please note the sewing of this cap leaves a bit to be desired, especially on the tails. However in relation to the price these are a great value. As a person who is incredibly heat intolerant and sweats like a monsoon during the dog days of summer these particular caps make sense on multiple levels.* 100% Cotton breathes and allows for natural evaporation for cooling off* The sewn in headband is great - I prefer this over the rubber diverter in Halo caps - both work equally well at keeping perspiration out of your eyesThis skull cap is much like the Halo Protex Skull cap because it's larger and has ties which I like. Those caps run very, very tight. These have a looser fit and can easily be adjusted. I'm a head shaver and like that I can make the cap as tight or loose as I like which is something most skull caps don't allow.Pure cotton is light and airy...Read more | 3 |
 | Author: carol mckinnon (Michigan.. | My husband works in a hot factory that is even hotter in the summer. He been wearing duraggs for a while. I never bought one with a built in sweat band before now. He loves it. It keeps the sweat from going into his eyes. The material of this also keeps him cool as it is very lite weight and breathable. I will admit he does wet it down then puts on to cool himself off during breaks. But hey if that helps awesome. It fit him nicely and the design pattern is really cool. But the most impressive thing again is that sweatband built into. if (typeof amznJQ != "undefined") { amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R2OA68C1JQDS52_imageSection_6808C63E-F773-11E6-96FC-E28BC9D8259B"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c | 2 |
