UB1250 Universal Sealed Lead Acid Battery, 12 Volts, 5 AhAs the previous reviewer stated the battery is advertised as a 12v 4Ah battery and what I received was a 12v 5Ah battery; However, after reading his review I checked around on the internet and found that the 12v 5Ah is a common replacement battery for most alarm systems. So far the battery has worked for ours. This battery was the most economical one including shipping and handling. The battery arrived promptly along with an instruction page for charging tips. We placed the battery in the alarm system and in about 4hr of charging the battery indicator was turned off showing that there wasn't any battery problems. I would have given 5 stars if the seller would have simply explained about the replacement issue.
