I use these to swipe the lid on an injectable vial and also to swab the site for an injection. For this, the pads are fine. They are essentially the same as those used by my doctor's office for the same purpose. For supporting injections, at least, these are a great value. After a while, the cotton-ball and bottle of alcohol get old and these are a very convenient alternative. They are also a great addition to a first-aid kit.As for the quality of this specific brand, I find them to be excellent. Each pad is soaked with a good amount of alcohol--not too wet, not too dry, and the pads are a nice thickness--2 ply. They don't have that horrible wax-paper feel that some of the cheaper brands do. | 5 |
 | Author: Firstinlastout (South Fl.. | These are the thick alcohol prep pads....very easy to hold and use. The inferior brands are thin and as you wipe your skin, they get all wrinkled up and stuck. This wipes on and off easily like a real prep pad should. Highly recommended! | 6 |
