I'm writing this as a former college professor (full & part time) over 4 decades. Now I have a son who is in academia and I hear him say many of the same things we were saying years ago.
Despite their attempt to be "anti-academic-establishment", this reads too much like a an average doctoral paper. A lot of documentation -- but what are they documenting? The premise is powerful but the book is not.
