I compared this "premium" fuel to Ronsonol lighter fluid and regular naphtha found in hardware and paint stores under the name VM&P Naptha. All of these are really naphtha. One can pay about $10 for this "premium", or for the same 12 oz. size in Ronsonol, $5, or a quart of VM&P for about $8. One could also use Coleman Fuel (known as white gas, but is naphtha) for $10 for a gallon.I have two new Zippo hand warmers (love them, bought two more), and for comparison, I have loaded one with one fuel, the other with another of the above fuels, to see how the warmers lit and lasted. I found no difference in the fuels, one of the lighters lasted 36 hours and last night's/today's experience - both of them lasted for 22 hours!
