Preethi is a good brand and we use it currently (which came to end of its life is the reason we bought this), no issues with the product as such. I would say 4 Starts for Preethi.I was skeptical when I read the comments from others that this particular seller is sending used products, thought may be a mistake.In fact they are right - "Great Elect" sent me a used/refurb "Super Extractor" that you could see the food on the jar. I have taken some pics should post to enlighten the others, probably Amazon could provide that capability.This tripped me off and I didn't even bother to open the rest ... back to the seller.Be careful buying stuff from this seller .... beware ....Thanks to Amazon returns ...

This is a very good and consistent product , overloads but there is a reset button which makes it easy. The juicer is also great for making mango juice. The Preethi mixer/blender consistently has produced excellent results during two months of use. Its motor is powerful, and the availability of three mixing jars increases its versatility. I believe it is a high-quality product that will provide years of good service.Thanks The 4 jars come very handy. Love it ;)

Its a famous brand in India and does well for Indian food. Would recommend if you are looking for a powerful grinder
