Pathophysiology: The Biologic Basis for Disease in Adults and Children, 7e (Hardcover)

I got the kindly version and loved it. I also had the hardback (online package) as well. I wanted a back up in case of computer failure, but the online resources with that package are great. There are chapter reviews, illustrations with graphics, and practice quizzes.

I found this book to be kind of vague in areas. It really did not help much with me getting through the class. It seemed I had to access other resources to learn the material. It's a huge heavy book. Nice paperweight though.
