Got this to use in place of the plastic utensils at work. It's on the heavy side but I have no issues with that. The edges aren't really sharp but they are VERY sturdy and have sort of a pointed edge so it does cut through many items better than you would expect. My wife laughed at the need to buy a Knork but I like it. It's also shaped so it works very well scooping ice cream. The points dig in better than a spoon could.
I love this little knork! I broke my dominant arm and needed something to help with one-handed eating. After reading a few reviews, I settled on this knork. It works great. It cuts through many medium density foods - including chicken - with no issues. The heavier design makes it easy to hold and manipulate one-handed. It's great if you're down an arm and need a little help.
