I read the reviews about receiving used clippers but I thought I'd still take a chance. Guess what? Everything bad I read came true! I took a long breath before I opened the box and lo and behold...there were scratches on the clippers, a LOT of scratches....there is a black mark like they were dropped, there are about seven teeth missing and wait for it.....someone's greasy, nasty HAIR is in my supposedly brand new clippers! I took a photo out of disbelief. If you look under customer images you will see for yourself. I know it's cliche but I'm going to say it..if I could give it zero stars I would!!! Never thought I would actually have to say that one day. No exchange, thank you. Sending back for refund.
