Nescafe Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee, 7 Ounce Canister (Grocery)

Nescafe Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee, 7 Ounce Canister Nescafe Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee, 7 Ounce Canister available on February 09 2016 from Amazon for 7.94
4.0 out of 5 stars
This and the original Taster's Choice house blend are my favorite instant coffee. French roast smells better, but both taste the same to me and my only preference is availability/cost. It definitely is much better than Nescafe Clasico and Folgers, although Folgers is not that bad for iced coffee and cheaper.

I can't give it five stars because of its ridiculous pricing on Amazon and that some canisters arrive with no expiration date. Amazon puts a label on the side of the canister, which happens to be on top of the expiration date. If you peel it off, some of them don't have any expiration date marking which is strange, but I always find them to be fresh anyway and can't really complain if it's a good price. The batch that arrived recently had one that had a marking for 2015.

I am a coffee aficionado who is on the run a lot as a New Yorker. There's no faster way of getting good instant but satisfying brew than Taster's Choice House Blend. It taste well with my guests at work as well as home. Freeze dried coffee is popular because it preserves the taste longer, travels well in backpacks and emergency go-bags, uses less teaspoons for maximum flavor.Don't get me wrong - i do french drip coffee on my casual days when I like to grind the beans and brew old school. Nothing beats that experience with a couple of pastries and a good Kindle in your hand. It's pricey though but with seasonal dips in pricing, whether bought retail, subscribe & save or add-on, it's worth a purchase.
