3.0 out of 5 stars
These are pretty accurate. I've compared the pH Strips's reading of filtered water with a Wide Range pH test kit's results. Both read 7.0, which is the neutral point. Acids have a pH of less than 7, bases(alkaline) have a greater pH than 7. Hard water is alkaline, soft water is acid. But, there have to be enough acid-neutralizing minerals to create alkalinity in your body. Like baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)!

That being said, your pH level will change after immediately after you eat, regardless of what you are eating (unless you are drinking lots of vinegar!) you will be slightly more alkaline. Your body excretes excess acids as you resting over night, first morning urine pH gives a good indicator of your body’s mineral reserve and its acid/alkaline state. I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars since they are accurate in reading a pH, but are perpetuating a myth that this tracks your BODY'S acid/alkaline balance. It tracks your WASTE products acid or alk balance...Read more

I have been wanting to get these ph test strips but the cost at the local store kept me from buying them. I was offered these by Rehydrate Pro for evaluation and review. What I like about these is one, it comes in a plastic case with a tight fitting top, second, the chart is located on the back and inside the case for easy viewing but no worries about damaging the chart. What I have found and this might just be me, but the reading between urine and saliva are slightly off from one another. So I use just one method to keep track of the results. Overall, I am happy with the ease of use and the packaging. And considering the current price point, a good deal too. amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R8PPKB1JTVAUH_imageSection_7BD03D10-A863-11E5-8A73-46B26171A03C"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c
