Great workout! I had my son nearly one year ago and was having a tough time with how much weight I had gained. I started the videos 3 months ago and I have noticed a major change! I didn't follow the eating plan but did keep up with the workouts 6 days per week. I lost about 10 lbs and have dropped 2 sizes! The best part is every two weeks the workouts change so you don't get bored! Also, there are lots of modifications shown to make the exercises more or less difficult. I just ordered another Jillian Michaels DVD and am excited to start it!
