I really wanted to like this multivitamin, but every time i started taking it, I would break out in acne. Im well past my puberty years, and have not seen acne in such a long time. I couldn't believe how badly optimen made me breakout. If you have this problem Now i've been taking Gaia Advanced Men's Multi and havent had the issue.
