Since these were offered for men AND women, I wasn't sure about the sizing. Figured the darker colors would be men's sizes and the pretty colored ones would be for women. I'm a woman's shoe size 7 1/2. I like my shoes large, so most times I order 8, especially in boots. For slippers I order whatever size covers 8 (sometimes it's 7-8, other times 8-9). For these I ordered 8-9. In winter my feet are very cold, so I figured if they were large I would wear socks on my feet to take up the extra space.
They fit as I would have expected for 8-9: quite large. There is at least 1 1/2 inches behind my heel when they're on. The bottom of the slipper shows two sizes: 6.5-7.50 and 40/41. When I used to buy shoes in Europe in the 80's (while studying aboard) I wore 38.
Sizing aside, these are super comfortable slippers! They have a foam-type sole wrapped inside the soft material. It kind of feels...Read more
