I ordered this mount based on the stated specs showing up to a 400mm mounting pattern. After I began the installation I discovered that this mount does not support a 400mm x 400mm mounting pattern - it supports a 400mm x 200mm with the supplied hardware. Since my set requires 400mm x 400mm I feared I would have to send the mount back. The included instructions emphasized calling the Level Mount customer support number before returning the product. I did that and had a very detailed conversation with the representative. My new TV is the which is a 40" set. I explained that the specs on this mount show that it will hold up to a 50 LB set which should be more than adequate and, had the mounting pattern matched as indicated in the copy of the description, everything should work...
